東京のコロナウイルスダッシュボードを採用した県はopen dataを提供していることが多いと、統計的にも示した過去の論文も引用しています。

Summary Civic Tech is one of the most promising tools of eHealth. Openness is the key to involve the governments and citizens. Tokyo project issued their reporting site by open source software and the data are available as open data. 3005 commits, 173 contributors, 8 translations in 10 days 12 web sites in other prefectures opened using the source codes. Open data and open source seemed to have a synergistic effect to build COVID-19 dashboard. 16
