4つの原則 The Four Principles 1. ここにやってきた人は、誰もが適任者である Whoever comes is the right people. 2. 何が起ころうと、それが起こるべき唯一のことである Whatever happens is the only thing that could have. 3. いつ始まろうと、始まった時が適切な時である Whenever it starts is the right time. 4. いつ終わろうと、終わった時が終わりの時なのである When it is over it is over.

4つの原則 The Four Principles 1. ここにやってきた人は、誰もが適任者である Whoever comes is the right people. • 参加人数や、参加者の地位、立場などは問題にしていない • 大切なのは、この場における相互作用や会話の質 • テーマに情熱を持って語り合いましょう • The number of participants, their status and position are not in question. • What matters is the quality of the interaction and conversation in this setting. • Let's talk about the theme with passion!

4つの原則 The Four Principles 2. 何が起ころうと、それが起こるべき唯一のことである Whatever happens is the only thing that could have. • 起こって欲しいと思っていたことが起こらなかったり、想像してなかったことが 起きたとしても、そのような瞬間を大切にしよう • 何が起ころうと、起こるべきことが起こったのだと考えて、 瞬間瞬間のひらめきや気づき、感じたことを素直に伝えましょう • Even if what you wanted to happen didn't happen, or something you never imagined happened, cherish those moments! • Whatever happens, think of it as something that should have happened, and be honest about your moment-to-moment inspiration, awareness, and feelings!

4つの原則 The Four Principles 3. いつ始まろうと、始まった時が適切な時である Whenever it starts is the right time. • 話し合いが始まっても、話がうまく進まなかったり、なかなか良いアイデアが 生まれてこなくて不安になったり、焦ることもあります • 創造的なアイデアは、何かに集中して取り組んでいる時にこそあらわれるもの • 焦らずにじっくりと話し合いを進めましょう • Even when discussions begin, it can be difficult to get things moving, and it can be frustrating when good ideas fail to emerge. • Creative ideas are only revealed when we are concentrating on something. • Let's take our time and proceed with the discussion without rushing.

4つの原則 The Four Principles 4. いつ終わろうと、終わった時が終わりの時なのである When it is over it is over. • 予定より早く終わったとしても、目的が達成されたり結論が出たのなら 終了しましょう • 予定の時間になっても結論が出なかった場合、場所を変えて話し合いを 続けるか、別の時間と場所を設定しましょう • If the meeting ends earlier than scheduled, but the objectives have been achieved or a conclusion reached, then end the meeting. • If no conclusion has been reached at the scheduled time, continue the discussion at a different location or set another time and location.

1つの法則 The 1. 学んでいない Not learning. 2. 貢献していない Not contributing. 話し合いに参加したが、こう感じたら自由に移動しましょう If you participated in the discussion but feel this way, feel free to move on. 途中退席、途中参加OK！ You can leave or join us halfway through!

参加の仕方 How to Participate 参加の仕方は自由です。おススメの参加の仕方や、逆におススメしない参加の仕方を紹介します。 You are free to participate in any way you wish.
